What You'll Learn

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and desired outcomes. Typically these will include meditation, education around anatomy, physiology, neurology and sexuality as well as specific sexual and non-sexual yogic techniques for you to practice at home.

Specific areas covered include the expansion of orgasmic potential for both lingam (penis) owners (11 types of orgasm) and yoni (vagina) owners (15 types of orgasm), becoming multi-orgasmic for lingam owners, tantric massage, pelvic toning and conditioning and intimacy deepening practices for couples.

All sessions are clothed and the techniques are demonstrated using detailed anatomical models.

The Five Elements

Meditation

In understanding the characteristics of the 5 elements we gain the ability to divine which of these energies are out of balance in our inner and outer worlds.

Through focused meditation we can bring our inner and outer states back to harmonious balance by releasing or increasing particular elemental energies.

This acts as an antidote to where an overabundance of one energy has become a root poison, or as a booster shot where we are deficient in another. Our meditation practice thus becomes our life-long medicine cabinet for the energy body.

As we do not live in a bubble, when we heal our inner state this radiates out to our environment and those in it so we are literally healing the planet too! This is the true, embodied feeling of living “ïn flow”, a conscious participant in the whole of life.

These meditation practices are originally from the Bon shamanic tradition of Tibet. The Bon tradition predates Buddhism by many thousands of years. They have lasted so long because quite simply… they work!
